MANAGER OF ENGINEERING & ARCHITECTURE
We are looking for a Building Envelope (Building Science) Senior Engineer with engineering management experience to join our team in Vancouver. You must have worked as a P.Eng. or Architect for at least ten years. Your role will be to oversee all aspects of managing the engineering workflow, the employees and the client relationships. You will provide training and mentoring of staff regarding project management, client management, business development, design, and field review services in new construction and rehabilitation projects. Salary to be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills. Range is $125k – $165k per year.
- Manage the profitability of the department
- Staffing planning, hiring, and employee evaluations
- Employee development planning and administration
- Training and mentoring of junior employees
- EGBC Compliance management

- Litigation engineering assignments
- Oversee:

- At least 10 years of experience as P.Eng. Or Architect

- Registration as an Engineer (P.Eng.) or Architect in BC
- Building Envelope Engineering experience
- Class 5 Driver’s license

JUNIOR ENGINEER
We are looking for a Building Envelope (Building Science) Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Junior Engineer with five years of experience or less to join our team in Vancouver. Your role will be to provide design and field review services in new construction and rehabilitation projects. Salary to be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills. Range is $60k to $75k per year.

BUILDING SCIENCE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a Building Envelope (Building Science) Technician with education related to building design and construction or similar work experience to join our team in Vancouver. Your role will be to support the engineering team with site investigation work, field testing, energy management services, drafting, and report preparation. Education may include foreign trained engineers and architects, technical diploma in engineering, trade qualified journeyman in carpentry, roofing, etc. Work experience should include technical design and / or building construction. Salary to be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills. Range is $50k to $80k per year.
